Esta semana tenemos una historia de amor muy especial y, a la vez, triste.

Nuestro querido Duque, un perrito que es puro amor, llegó muy pequeño al refugio y allí se encontró con mucho cariño de parte de nuestros voluntarios y Vanesa.

Y no solo nos dimos cuenta que adoraba estar con las personas, sino que encontró una peludita compañera fiel, Lola.

Pasaban todo el día juntos, jugando, corriendo, durmiendo y molestándose como si dos hermanos se tratasen. Y así lucía Duke en el refugio que se convirtió en su nuevo hogar.

Era todo alegría y felicidad. Sin embargo, hace poco su amiga Lola fue una de nuestras afortunadas, una familia se fijó en ella y ahora tiene otro hogar. Desde la protectora se nos llena el corazón de felicidad de ver que Lola salió, pero tenemos una espinita clavada por Duke, que lleva unos días más apagado y triste sin Lola a su lado. Por eso, queremos destacarlo y hacer todo lo posible para encontrarle una nueva familia que le dé tanto cariño y le haga sentir tan seguro como lo hacía Lola.

Duke, un perro enérgico, cariñoso, juguetón y sociable, busca una familia que le dé compañía y amor.

This week, we have a very special and, at the same time, sad love story.

Our beloved Duke, a dog that is pure love, arrived very young at the shelter, where he found lots of affection from our volunteers and Vanesa.

And not only did we realize that he loved being with people, but he also found a loyal furry companion, Lola.

They spent all day together—playing, running, sleeping, and teasing each other like two siblings. That’s how Duke looked at the shelter, which became his new home.

It was all joy and happiness. However, not long ago, his friend Lola was one of our lucky ones; a family noticed her, and now she has a new home. From the shelter, our hearts are filled with happiness seeing Lola leave, but we have a little thorn in our hearts for Duke, who has been a bit sadder and quieter without Lola by his side.

That’s why we want to highlight him and do everything possible to find him a new family that will give him as much love and make him feel as safe as Lola did.

Duke, an energetic, loving, playful, and sociable dog, is looking for a family that will give him companionship and love.

Diese Woche haben wir eine ganz besondere und gleichzeitig traurige Liebesgeschichte.

Unser geliebter Duke, ein Hund voller Liebe, kam sehr jung ins Tierheim und fand dort viel Zuneigung von unseren Freiwilligen und Vanesa.

Und nicht nur das – wir haben auch bemerkt, dass er es liebt, mit Menschen zusammen zu sein. Zudem fand er eine treue pelzige Gefährtin, Lola.

Sie verbrachten den ganzen Tag zusammen – spielten, rannten, schliefen und neckten sich gegenseitig wie zwei Geschwister. So sah Duke im Tierheim aus, das zu seinem neuen Zuhause wurde.

Es war alles Freude und Glück. Doch vor kurzem war seine Freundin Lola eine der Glücklichen: Eine Familie hat sie entdeckt, und jetzt hat sie ein neues Zuhause. Im Tierheim sind unsere Herzen voller Freude, Lola gehen zu sehen, aber wir haben einen kleinen Stich im Herzen für Duke, der seitdem etwas trauriger und ruhiger ohne Lola an seiner Seite ist.

Deshalb möchten wir ihn ins Rampenlicht rücken und alles tun, um eine neue Familie für ihn zu finden, die ihm genauso viel Liebe schenkt und ihm das gleiche Gefühl von Sicherheit gibt, wie Lola es tat.

Duke, ein energiegeladener, liebevoller, verspielter und sozialer Hund, sucht eine Familie, die ihm Gesellschaft und Liebe schenkt.
